DURATION: 12 weeks

START DATE: Monday, January 3rd, 2011

END DATE: Sunday, March 27th, 2011

POINTS: Everyday you can get ONE point for each of the following:

Exercise 20 minutes
Sleep 7 hours (if you don’t sleep well, you need to rest by laying in bed for at least 7 hours)
8 (8 oz.) glasses of water (total of 64oz a day)
Up to 1 sweet a day (to judge use 250 calories as a serving size)
2 fruits and 2 veggies
No eating after 8 PM
15 minutes of uplifting reading

TOTAL POINTS: A total of 7 points a day and 42 points a week. A total of 504 points for the entire competition.

 HOW TO WIN: The top three people with the most points at the end of the competition will split the earnings as follows:
50%        1st Place
33%        2nd Place
17%        3rd Place
If there is a tie, we will split the money fairly. (Example: if there are 2 people that tie for first, they will split the 1st and 2nd place winnings)

FREE DAY: There is one free day a week, but you CANNOT choose different days for the different points. The ONLY exception to this rule is exercise. Your free day from exercise can be different if you choose. For example - you may choose Saturday as your free day but choose to work out that day and take Sunday off from exercise. No points can be earned on your free day even if you do them, unless you choose to work out on your free day in exchange for another day.
